Mouselingo is operated by SEAFORGED TECHNOLOGIES LTD. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Mouselingo provides live speech transcription and translation, recording playback, document translation, AI summaries, content Q&A, history, sharing, subscriptions, and top-up credits. Features, language coverage, credits, prices, and availability may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. Activity through your account is treated as authorized unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Recording, documents, and consent
Before recording, uploading, translating, or sharing audio, meetings, lectures, interviews, documents, or other content, you must ensure that you have the necessary rights and consents from speakers, participants, authors, or rights holders where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, privacy-violating, security-breaking, scraping, reverse engineering, malware, or other harmful activities. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate use that violates these terms.
6. User content
You retain your rights in uploaded content, recordings, documents, transcripts, and translations. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcribe, translate, generate, display, and transmit content as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.
7. AI outputs and accuracy
AI transcription, translation, summaries, and Q&A may contain errors, omissions, incomplete context, or inaccurate statements. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs and should not rely on them as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.
8. Subscriptions, credits, and top-ups
Subscription credits usually refresh monthly and do not roll over. Top-up credits may remain permanent or follow the rules displayed at purchase. Prices, exchange rates, taxes, promotions, and plan details may change; the checkout page controls the actual purchase terms.
9. Payment, cancellation, and refunds
Payments are processed by third-party providers. You may cancel renewal through the product flow. Completed subscriptions, recharges, and top-ups are generally not automatically refundable unless required by law, platform rules, or a refund policy we expressly publish.
10. Intellectual property
The Mouselingo interface, brand, trademarks, design, code, copy, feature organization, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense, or use them to build a competing product without permission.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully customized service. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, compliance, third-party service changes, or product updates.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, third-party service failures, or consequences caused by relying on unreviewed AI outputs.
